PURPOSE: An Oldham's ring for scroll compressor and method for manufacturing the same is provided to achieve an improved abrasion resistance and lubricating ability. CONSTITUTION: An Oldham's ring(9) is arranged between a swirling scroll and a main frame so as to prevent the swirling scroll from being rotated, and coated with an anodic oxidation film so as to achieve an improved abrasion resistance. The anodic oxidation film has a thickness of 0.01 to 0.03mm. A method comprises a first step of processing an aluminum material into an Oldham's ring shape, and oxidizing the surface of the processed product through an alumite processing; a second step of forming a porous anodic oxidation film at the surface of the aluminum product through an anodizing processing; and a third step of completing an Oldham's ring by performing an electrolyte treatment to the aluminum product such that the pores of the anodic oxidation film are infiltrated with molybdenum sulfur compound.
