PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightning protection insulator set for 110-154 kV power transmission with little weight unbalance and with improved corona discharge characteristics, capable of realizing miniaturization of the whole set and cost reduction and eliminating polarity difference in flashover voltage. SOLUTION: At one end of each of a metal part 11 on the lightning side and a metal part 12 on the earthing side of the insulator string 10 for 110-154 kV power transmission, insulating horns 14, 16, which are the same as an insulating horn attached on the earthing side of an insulator string for 33-77 kV power transmission are attached in a manner that they face each other. A ring horn 20 is attached to the other end of the metal part 11 on the lightning side, and an arc horn 21 is attached to the other end of the metal part 12 on the earthing side. |
