PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip line that can reduce the effect of heat generation of a resistor. SOLUTION: A strip line body consisting of an alumina board 1, a rear electrode 2, a front side ground electrode 3, a through-hole 4, a signal line 5, ground lines 6, 7, and a resistor 8 made of tantalum nitride or the like, a material 9 having thermal conductivity larger than that of the aluminum board, such as a vapor phase diamond covers especially the resistor 8. |
