PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power rate cutting and controlling apparatus capable of contributing to the accurate achievement of the new setting-up method of a power factor improving device. SOLUTION: A power rate calculation processing part 9 calculates the cut portion of the power rate by the performance of the power factor improving device 3 at an energy consumer who has set up the device 3, further calculates the amount to be refunded based on the cut portion to notify the provider 13 of the device 3 of it. |
