PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic display controller and its method avoiding quick change of a stereoscopic vision parameter for reducing a load of an observer and facilitating a continuous stereoscopic vision. SOLUTION: A difference d is found by subtracting a stereoscopic vision parameter of a previous frame from an optimum stereoscopic vision parameter of a present frame found by calculation. When the difference d is small than -δ(a lower limit value), the difference d is set to be -δ. When the difference d is larger than δ (an upper limit value), the difference d is set to be δ. When the difference d ranges from -δ to δ, the difference d is used directly. Then a value found by adding the difference d to the stereoscopic vision parameter of the previous frame is set to be the stereoscopic vision parameter of the present frame. In this way, sudden change of the stereoscopic vision parameter of the present frame can be restricted. |
