PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the objectiveness, properness and clarity of inspections/ maintenance, to efficiently perform the work of the inspections/maintenances and to smoothly and easily execute material procurement. SOLUTION: The automobile inspection certificate data and past inspection record data of respective vehicles are respectively accumulated in databases 24B and 24E and the data of materials to be maintained are accumulated in a material database 24D. The vehicle scheduled to be inspected and maintenance materials to be required are extracted beforehand by referring to them and stored in a schedule data base 24C. A maintenance plant and a material supply company recognize an inspection schedule and required materials beforehand, adjust an operation and prepare the material procurement by inquiring the schedule database 24C. Inspection/maintenance conditions are recorded in an inspection record database 24E. By referring to the inspection record database 24E, the conditions and costs of the inspections/maintenance are recognized. |
