PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which a home delivery service agency is selected based on a request from a requester of collection so that an optimal home delivery service agent can efficiently collect a cargo. SOLUTION: A service center 4 is provided with a data base to store the various registration contents of the home delivery service agent. When a user accesses the service center 4 via the Internet 6 by using his own portable terminal 1 and PCs 2, 3, a screen for prompting entering of collecting conditions of the cargo is displayed from the service center 4. When the user transmits required information to the service center 4, the service center 4 selects the agency suitable for collection of the cargo of the user, by operating pieces of information collected from the respective agencies. The service center 4 presents it to the user and when the user selects the agency, the cargo is collected based on it. |
