PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional image processing unit requiring a bit map memory of a large capacity, because a memory by two image patterns for an image before rotation and an image after rotation is essential to edit, such as rotation of image data. SOLUTION: This image processing unit is provided with a memory control means, that repeats a job that generates image data after edit to be expanded to areas other than original image data expanded in the bit map memory, compresses the image data after edit and stores the compressed data to an image memory, so as to able to edit the image even with the bit map memory of a small capacity. |
