PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an abnormality correctly without providing a terminal used for detecting the abnormality for each abnormality detecting part when power is supplied by a plurality of power supplying parts. SOLUTION: When a power supply controlling part 20 controls the operation of the power supplying parts 11, 12 to supply power to operating circuits 100, 200, abnormality detecting parts 31, 32 are provided for each power supplying line so that an abnormality can be detected in the power supply from the power supplying parts to the operating circuits. When power is not supplied at the power supplying part 12, a switch 40 is turned into a non-conducting state. Even if a same detection signal is formed as when an abnormality occurs at the operating circuit 200 in the abnormality detecting part 32, the state of 'no power supply' prevents the detection signal from being supplied to an input terminal 25. Therefore, the abnormality can be detected without providing the input terminal for each abnormality detecting part. |
