PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic positive temperature coefficient thermistor which is restrained from changing in resistance due to a reflow treatment by a method where a terminal electrode is bonded, without carrying out a reflow treatment. SOLUTION: An electrode foil 22 is laminated on each side of a sheet-like conductive composition 21, composed of organic polymer and conductive material dispersed in it, a terminal electrode 25 is disposed on each of the laminated electrode foils 22, and the electrode foil 22 and the terminal electrode 25 are bonded together at an interface between them by having them acted with ultrasonic vibrations. |
