PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile machine, that can arrange documents that are fax-received and printed out on a reception tray, while shifting them mutually by each reception. SOLUTION: The facsimile machine 11 is provided with a reception paper tray shift mechanism 45, that moves a reception paper tray 132 in a direction, in parallel with the shaft of a paper discharge roller 22 and stops the tray 132 at a prescribed position and with a reception paper tray shift mechanism control means 44, that provides the output of a drive signal to the reception paper tray shift mechanism 45, so as to cause the reception paper tray 132 to move at a different stop position by each reception unit of image information.
