PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simulating the electrical characteristics of a piezoelectric bulk vibrator, with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In the simulation method for the piezoelectric bulk vibrator provided with a piezoelectric body 2 and an upper electrode 3 and a lower electrode 4 placed vertically with the piezoelectric body 2 in-between, the electrical characteristics of the vibrator are simulated by using an electrically equivalent circuit, where at least a mechanical impedance Za specified by a ratio of the density of the piezoelectric body 2 to the density of the upper electrode 3 and the lower electrode 4, is connected in parallel with a converter which converts a voltage applied between the upper electrode 3 and the lower electrode 4 into mechanical energy.
