PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce reading errors and tracking errors as much as possible by accurately comparing signals from a plurality of magnetic poles with one another. SOLUTION: On the film surface of a flexible thin film substrate 11, a plurality of magnetic poles 2A and 2B are formed to generate attraction force with the recording surface 7a of a magnetic recording medium 7, and these magnetic poles 2A and 2B are positioned back and forth in contact on the same recording track of the recording surface 7a. The attraction force is generated by static electricity with the recording surface 7a.
