PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent migration by preventing the intrusion of the outside air from a part between a peripheral edge part of an opening part of a case and an outer face of a connecter exposed from the opening part. SOLUTION: A fin part 19 is formed on the peripheral edge part of the opening part of the case 11 (lower case 11b) integrally with the lower case 11b, and the fin part 19 is abutted to the outer face of the connector 17 exposed from the opening part 18 to seal the part between the peripheral edge part of the opening part 18 and the outer face of the connector 17 to prevent the intrusion of the outside air the part.
