PURPOSE: A food waste treatment equipment is provided, which can treat completely food waste by vacuum dewatering, chilling, rapid drying and oxidation using oxygen regardless of food waste quality at a compact plant. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a collection tank(2), a crusher(7), a tungsten blast furnace(26), a vacuum drier(10), a CO2 tank(13), an oxygen tank(14), a nitrogen tank(15) and a nitrogen pressurizing tank(16). Food waste is fed to the collection tank(2) through a feed hole(3) and screen(1), dried by vacuum generated by vacuum pump(30) and fed to tungsten blast furnace(26) where environmental hormone and dioxin are treated at 2800 deg.C through screen conveyor(4) leaving metal waste to waste metal discharge line(28). The food waste is then fed to crusher(7) and to vacuum drier(10) by screw conveyor(8) and transfer conveyor(9). Waste gas generated from the tungsten blast furnace(26) is discharged through discharge hole(5) after treated with oxygen coming from oxygen tank(14) and carbon dioxide coming from carbon dioxide tank(13) and dried by nitrogen coming from nitrogen tank(15). |
