PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update displayed contents in plural frames linked with each other. SOLUTION: At least one linking destination file identification information designating at least one of plural files as a linking destination is embedded in each of the plural files displayed in a main frame 2a. When the linking destination file identification information embedded to the file displayed in the frame 2a is selected, the file of the linking destination is displayed in the frame 2a. Whenever the file displayed in the frame 2a is switched, a file corresponding to the file switch-displayed in the frame 2a is displayed in a slave frame 2b linked with the switching. History data are updated when the file displayed in the frame 2a is switched and the history data are not updated when the file displayed in the frame 2b linked with the update is switched.
