PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply operate browsing software for browsing a hypertext without changing the hypertext prepared for a personal computer in a compact informa tion terminal device provided with a display means having a displaying function of the same level as the personal computer. SOLUTION: In designating a position other than a hot spot on the accessing picture of the hyper text by using an input device for designating a position which is operable by a single hand a group of operation buttons of the browsing software for the hypertext is displayed in the neighborhood of the designated position.
