PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct influence due to a light source on a measurement target object. SOLUTION: A target object texture mapping part 21 relates image data with shape data of the measured target object. A reference object texture mapping part 22 relates the image data of the measured reference object to a shape model of the reference object. A normal relating part 24 compares normal data of the target object with those of the reference object so as to relate normals having the corresponding direction with each other. A light source influence eliminating part 25 forms target object light source influence eliminating image data on the basis of correspondence in the normal relating, part 24. A corrected light source influence adding part 26 adds light influence to the target object light source influence eliminating image data so as to form target object corrected image data.
