PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of suppressing generation of radio noise radiated from a DC-DC converter for automobile to the outside. SOLUTION: A circuit component 50b forming the DC-DC converter for automobile is formed on a cooling body 50h and is structured so as to be covered with the cooling body 50h and a magnetic cover 50i to suppress the radio noise of an AM broadcasting band from being radiated to the outside by the cover 50i.
