PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the number of parts, and raise the rigidity of an angle adjusting ring body. SOLUTION: One end each of link members 31, 32, and 33 which constitute an angle adjusting link body 30 is made rotatably and integrally to a base body 20 through a hinge 34. Also, a hooking lock 24 to lock the locking projection made at the other end of the link bodies 31, 32, and 33 is provided at the rear of the apparatus body 10. The link bodies 31 and 33 are made relatively long, and the link body 32 is made relatively short, thus the angle adjustment to the base body 20 of the apparatus body 10 is enabled. Moreover, hooking locks 24 for temporary fixing for temporarily fixing the locking projections of the link bodies 31, 32, and 33 are made at the base body 20, and at nonuse of the link bodies 31, 32, and 33, it can be stored on the side of the base body 20.
