PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a board mounted with an electronic component from being rubbed and damaged by a core. SOLUTION: A pair of core members 4a, 4b are arranged, in such a way that they sandwich part of a coil pattern formed on the board 2 mounted with the electronic component from both the obverse and reverse surface sides of the board 2 and are combined with each other by a core-combining member 5. A cover 20 is fixed on the board 2 to cover the upper side of the core- combining member 5. The core-combining member 5 is lifted with the core members 4a, 4b, by abutting the slanted portion 27 of a rib 26 of the cover 20 against the outside slanted surface of a leg portion 13 of the core combining member 5 and by applying a lifting force to the core combining member 5. This produces a gap S between the inner surface 8b of the top plate 8 of the core member 4a and the surface of the board 2. When the core member 4a is slid, the surface of the board 2 will not be rubbed or damaged by the core member 4a.
