ROUTINE PROCESSING METHOD AND SYSTEM WITH RESPECT TO SPECIFIC ELECTRONIC MAIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a routine processing method and system that can remarkably improve efficiency in management and operation of mail servers provided to each domain or the like with respect to routine processing applied to specific electronic mails such as trouble mails. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a management server 1 that generates and stores a routine processing script describing contents of processing with respect to the specific electronic mails and informs each mail server 3 about the routine processing script. The mail sever 3 is provided with a script storage section 32 that stores a routine processing script from the management server 1 and a unique routine processing script and with a script processing section 34 that applies script processing to corresponding mail data according to the routine processing script stored in the script storage section when receiving a mail reception request from a user. Mail data subjected to the script processing are transmitted to the user.
