PURPOSE: A ballon with a luminous device is provided to light the ballon into various colors without a separate power source, to prevent the breakage of the ballon due to the overheating of a lamp, and to reduce the cost thereof. CONSTITUTION: The ballon(20) having an air injection hole(21) comprises a luminous device(30). The luminous device consists of a light emitting diode(31a,31b) capable of emitting various colors of light and designed to generate light by applying electric current to a pn junction of semiconductor, a lithium battery(32) for supplying power to the light emitting diode, and a switch(33) connected between the one end of the light emitting diode and the lithium battery to intermit the lighting power to the light emitting diode.
