PURPOSE: A chaff paper foam is provided to use anywhere without moisture as a soundproofing and insulating material. CONSTITUTION: The chaff paper foam is used as a soundproofing/insulating material manufactured by diluting chaff and waste paper respectively by adding a natural glue, putting waste paper, chaff and waste paper into a standardized frame in order, then compressing and drying.
