PURPOSE: An improved abalone farming apparatus is provided to improve the convenience of assembly and separation thereof, and to facilitate raising work and selection work of the abalone after installation. CONSTITUTION: The improved abalone farming apparatus(100) comprises a reproduction member(200) constructed by plural smooth transparent panels(201); a fitting member(600) having a fitting recess into which the reproduction member is fitted; an opaque growing member(400) located under the reproduction member, the growing member has an opaque panel for protecting abalones from light, a hole communicating with the reproduction member, and a space groove to which the transparent panels are installed at regular distances; a support member forming a frame of the apparatus by connecting the growing member and the fitting member; and a catch member(800) to be caught in a water tank.
