PURPOSE: A parachute for emergency escape is provided to make use and storage convenient, to expand the purpose, and to be used repeatedly. CONSTITUTION: A parachute for emergency escape comprises a parachute fabric(1) for reducing the parachuting speed by using the resistance of air, two grips(2) for a user hanging with hands, a falling-preventing safety belt, wrist fastening bands(5), a fastening ring, ropes for connecting the fabric to the grips, pipes(3) covering the ropes, a cross-stick bending ring, a fixing pin, and an automatic spreading device for promptly spreading the fabric by using a cross-stick(7) and a spring. Upon removing the fixing pin, the fabric is automatically spread. The parachute is stored conveniently by folding by fitting the fixing pin.
