PURPOSE: A self supporting type discharge tube structure designed to receive a pump is provided to eliminate the use of a separate strong container or case in a case of contents refill, and to reduce the contamination of environment by reducing the volume of the waste pouch type dispenser. CONSTITUTION: A refill pouch consists of a discharge opening(102) formed at the upper end of a body(101), and a self supporting type discharge tube(110), and a sealing cap(120) is assembled to the discharge opening. The discharge opening forms a guide support part(103) having an annular jaw portion(104) designed not to be moved over a specific region while the self supporting type discharge tube moves downward. When a pump is coupled to the discharge opening, a housing of the pump becomes push a guide part(111) of the discharge tube, however the movement of the guide part is restricted by the annular jaw portion.
