PURPOSE: A generator of ozone and anion and control method thereof is provided, which can sterilize in a few seconds and supply oxygen of high purity to keep the room at a comfortable condition. CONSTITUTION: The generator comprises the followings: an ozone and primary anion generator(500), driving parts(300,400) of ozone generation and anion generation, a secondary anion generator(600), a bubble generator(900) and control part(200). The ozone generator(500) comprises a dielectric(520) of tube type, an exterior electrode(540) of spring type wound around the dielectric(520) and an interior electrode(550) of coil type set inside the dielectric tube.
