PURPOSE: A method of canvassing a customer for insurance is provided to manage registered customers by using electronic mail on an Internet network, and to make the customers connect to an insurance canvass system server through electronic mail, so that the customers can inquire about insured goods and supplementary insurance data. CONSTITUTION: An insurance canvasser inputs personal information of customers and insurance data, and transmits electronic mail on anniversaries to manage the customers(S100). The insurance canvasser generates insured goods for canvassing and supplementary insurance data, and transmits electronic mail where the generated goods and the data are described to the customers(S200). The customers inquire about the insured goods and the insurance data according to guided inquiry methods of the received electronic mail, and the insurance canvasser inputs inputted results(S300). The insurance canvasser manages the inquired results(S400).
