PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic chart processing device for dentistry which is superior in operation efficiency in which a screen structure for initial chart preparation can be freely changed so that all medical examination and treatment information can be seen in a single view in one screen, for facilitating medical examination and treatment and in which an input screen to cope with the increase in the number of items such as disease names and disease name contents can be added. SOLUTION: The screen structure is so constituted that three elements of a part disease name input picture 1, a medical examination and treatment input picture 2, and a board face 3 can be seen in a single view with a single screen, and various information included in the board face 3 can be changed freely.
