PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connection device which can make anti-slip-off connection of a connector and a plug at the flip of a switch, protect plug-blade parts of a plug-blade terminal as well as an earth terminal, and allow common use of a double-plug outlet on a wall or the like with another plug. SOLUTION: A base housing part 41 attached to an outer shell body 40 constituting a connector body 1 is provided with a locking opening 48, and a pedestal 2 is provided with a stopper moving freely upward and downward to insertion mount the pedestal 2 in the base housing part 41 wit h in free detachment. A base housing part 91 attached to an outer shell body 90 constituting a plug 65 is provided with a locking opening 99, and a pedestal 66 is provided with a stopper 72 moving freely upward and downward to insertion mount the pedestal 66 in the base housing part 91 with in free detachment. A plug-blade part 81 of a plug-blade terminal 80 and a plug-blade part 86 of an earth terminal 85 are protected by a plug-blade cover 120 insertion-mounted on the above outer shell body 90 in free movement back and forth, and that, the connector body 1 and the plug 65 are connected free from slipping off, and the plug-blade cover 120 is made to recede so that the plug 65 is used for an outlet provided on the wall or the like, so constituted is the electric connection device.
