PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a CPU without necessitating constant monitor of a sensor by the CPU irrespective of whether a change is generated in sensor state data of the sensor or not. SOLUTION: This invention is constituted so that whether or not the change is generated by every sensor is judged by comparing the sensor state data about each of plural sensors with the sensor state data of each before prescribed time, data to indicate whether or not the change is generated corresponding to each of the plural sensors are stored based on this judgment result and data to indicate the change and data to indicate the sensor in which the sensor state data is changed are sent to the CPU when the sensor state data about at least one of the plural sensors is changed based on the stored contents.
