PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic heater superior in temperature uniformity with little dispersion of resistance of a heater resistor. SOLUTION: This is a ceramic heater wherein the heater resistor is formed on a ceramic board, and a groove is formed in the heater resistor, and the groove has a depth not less than 20% of the thickness of the heater resistor. |
