SOLUTION: In the browsing information selector to be used in the electronic bulletin board system for making a browsing applicant to refer to contribution information containing character information, image information or audio information received through the Internet 51 on a WWW browser, this device is provided with a receiving part 282 for receiving the contribution information, a database server 29 for storing the receiving contribution information, a control part 293 for extracting only the contribution allowed to browse for the browsing applicant when the browsing applicant performs access to browse the contribution information, and a transmitting part 283 for transmitting the extracted contribution to the browsing applicant.
