PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telecommunication terminal of a structure that numbers which are dialed by users are monitored and whether the access codes of a prepaid telephone service should be added to the numbers or not is decided, and at the time of necessity, the access codes of the prepaid telephone service are automatically added to the numbers. SOLUTION: The access codes of a prepaid telephone service are previously kept being housed in a storage region. When users dial, a telecommunication terminal analyzes the dialed numbers and in the case where a method to provide an internet telephone service becomes advantageous to the users, the access codes being stored of the prepaid telephone service are automatically added to the dialed numbers to dial the numbers.
