PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use all services on a network by sorting and defining unitarily various types of services on the network especially the Internet and then applying the services even to the home electronics, commercial satellites, etc. SOLUTION: In order to attain the use of all services on the network, a device is prepared to analyze the format where the services can be unitarily described and a document that is described in an instruction document form and gives an instruction to a specific service supply device together with a method serving as the solution that transmits effectively the instruction document form to a relevant application.
