PURPOSE: A partial synchronous database security solution is provided to make the information of an enterprise and an individual completely reliable by storing information in a physically, completely independent server blocked up from a network. CONSTITUTION: The exposure of a security server to the outside is completely avoided by adding a relay server between an open server and the security server. If a user offers information to the open server, the open server encodes the information and transfers the information to the relay sever by connecting an internal connection A. While the information is stored in the relay server, an internal connection B is disconnected. When the information is transmitted to the user from the security server, the internal connection b is restored. After the information extracted from the security server is transmitted to the relay server, the internal connection B is disconnected. Thereafter, the internal connection A is restored. The information is transmitted to the open server, and the internal connection is disconnected.
