OIL WATER SEPARATING EQUIPMENT EQUIPPED WITH SCALE PLATE FILTER MODULE

PURPOSE: An oil water separating equipment equipped with scale plate filter module is provided, which can separate continuously oil containing water containing not only large amount of suspended matter and impurities but also sticky oil and sludge without any plugging by periodical back-washing. The system can perform oil-water separation efficiency even lower than threshold concentration of 2 ppm. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a transfer pump(18), a filtration tank(10) and an oil/water separation tank(20). Oil containing water pumped by pump(18) enters a vertical filtration tank(10) in which a vertical cylindrical screen(12) is fixed by a fixing pin(36). The filtered fluid enters the vertical oil/water separation tank(20) in which vertical mesh plate filter module(32) is fixed to supporting pipe(38) by fixing pin(36) to separate oil from water and to discharge oil through oil discharge line(26) at the side top and discharge water through water discharge line(30) at the side bottom.
