METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HOLOGRAM FILM FOR TRANSCRIPTION OF CLOTH

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hologram film for the transcription of cloth is provided to develop a hologram hot stamping foil capable of showing unique cubic effect according to an angle of light and the direction of view. CONSTITUTION: The hologram hot stamping foil for cloth is manufactured by coating a cellular chemical compound used as a release agent on a conventional polyester film by using a gravure coating process; coating a melamine chemical compound on the release agent; stacking an aluminum layer on the melamine chemical compound by using a vapor deposition process; forming embossing hologram on the surface of the aluminum layer; applying an adhesive and a binder to allow the transcription of cloth.
