PURPOSE: A method for generating a Web page in which frequently used sites are arranged using a DB and updating the generated Web page to a user Internet address and an Internet education method using the same, are provided to display around 150 sites necessary for Internet use on one page screen in a hyper link type to move to a desired site with one mouse click, and to enable the user to modify arranged site names and update the web page to be generated in an Internet address allocated to the user. And the methods are provided to utilize sites as initial pages of education sites by previously inputting sites necessary for Internet classes. CONSTITUTION: If a user accesses an operator's home page on the Internet and completes registration, data of an operator's Main DB in which sites necessary for Internet use are collected is automatically copied to generate a user's Site DB. A Web page configured in an HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) is generated using data of the user's Site DB. The generated Web page is stored in a file without extension in a type of "http://operator address/user ID." in a server of the operator, thereby having an inherent address of the user, that is, "http://operator address/user ID". Site data of the user is operated as a self Site DB. When changing a registered site, the Site DB of the user is opened for change and update. The Web page is re-updated in an HTML type based on the updated data. When modifying site information, an ambiguous address is extracted from an entire list DB of the operator and easily inputted.
