The invention relates to an internal combustion engine, meant for transportation means or mobile or stationary equipments. According to the invention, the engine has on its crankcase (1), a fixed cylinder (2), a sealing (3) mounted between the crankcase (1) and the cylinder (2), a piston (4) which moves in the cylinder (2) and which is fixed on a disk (6) mounted so that it could move axially on the engine shaft (7), provided with grooves, the disk (6) being provided with some cuts (i), wherein some balls (8) following the curved profile groove (a), machined inside the crankcase (1) are introduced.
