PURPOSE: An air conditioner is provided to prevent refrigerant pipe and drain hose from being escaped from the chassis by arranging a bottom member for protecting the refrigerant pipe and drain hose at the lower part of the chassis. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner comprises a chassis(70) fixed to a wall, and which has a bent portion(71) formed at the lower part of the chassis; a heat exchanger(100) and a blower fan(90b) installed in front of the chassis; a refrigerant pipe(102) connected to the heat exchanger so as to convey the refrigerant from the heat exchanger to an outdoor unit, and disposed beneath the bent portion of the chassis; a condensate water receptacle(95) disposed underneath the heat exchanger so as to collect the condensate water falling from the heat exchanger; a drain hose(97) disposed beneath the bent portion so as to drain the water collected in the condensate water receptacle to outside; and a bottom member(150) disposed underneath the bent portion of the chassis, and which prevents the refrigerant pipe and drain hose from being escaped from the chassis. |
