PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device and an image forming method, with which data of different kinds configured of plural original images are continuously reduce so as to have a prescribed size, arranged in a prescribed layout, with each piece of data being copied separately. SOLUTION: A user selects the layout of an entered original by using an original layout key group 510. When the original is printed on both sides, the user depresses a double-side setting key 511 to read the original data from both sides. The user selects and sets a reduced size and its layout of an outputted image, by using an output layout key group 512. When a double-side output is desired, the user depresses a double-side setting key 513. Furthermore, when sequentially outputting all originals, the user depresses an entire output key 514; and when only a specific original is outputted, the user depresses a partial output key 515 to set a specific original. |
