PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for mounting parts for positively positioning electronic parts to a board. SOLUTION: A cell-TAB relative position recognition part 14 recognizes the relative position relation between a cell 1 and a TAB 4 and computes an angular deviation amount between the cell 1 and the TAB 4 on the basis of the recognized result. When the angular deviation amount between the cell 1 and TAB 4 exceeds a specified error upper limit value, an error occurrence informing part 19 is started to inform an operator of the occurrence of an recognition error by means of a buzzer, a lamp, or the like. When the angular deviation amount does not exceed the error upper limit value, a θ-direction correcting arithmetic part 16 of a correcting arithmetic part 15 computes a rotating position correction amount of an X-Y-θstage 6 corresponding to the angular deviation in an θ-direction between the cell 1 and TAB 4, and the X-Y-θ stage 6 is controlled and driven by a driving control part 13 to correct the angular deviation in the θ-direction between the cell 1 and TAB 4. |
