PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly convenient data terminal device, capable of easily acquiring desired data, and reproducing the acquired data. SOLUTION: A remote controller 120 is connected to a portable telephone set 100. A memory card 110 is connected to the remote controller 120. A headphone 130 is connected to the remote controller 120. The portable telephone 100 receives enciphered contents data and a license key for decoding the enciphered contents data from a distributing server 30, and transmits it to the remote controller 120. Then, the remote controller 120 reads the license key and the enciphered contents data from the memory card 110, and reproduces and outputs it to the headphone 130. |
