PURPOSE: Provided are a functional drink which contains active ingredients of Rosa davurica Pall., and its manufacturing method. The drink inhibits lipid peroxidation and HIV protease to prevent the proliferation of HIV. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: drying Rosa davurica Pall. in the shade, adding water thereto in an amount of 8-20 times by the weight of Rosa davurica Pall.; extracting 2 times with refluxing and cooling them; concentrating the extract to 20-40%; and adding the concentrate to a drink with conventional additives.
