PURPOSE: An outer wall structure of a container box is provided to beautify the appearance of the container box, to prevent the corrosion thereof even though the container box is used for a long term, to simplify the assembly structure, thus facilitating the manufacturing work of the container box. CONSTITUTION: The outer wall structure of a container box comprises plural outer wall panels(100) made of synthetic resin, and the outer wall panels are assembled in a multi-layer coupling manner; a connection jaw(120) provided with a connecting groove(140) formed by being bent inside at the lower end, and a hook groove(110) formed by being bent outside at the upper end; and a fastening hole(130) arranged at regular distanced along the upper edge of the connection jaw. The connection jaw including fastening hole is formed by injection molding.
