PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device where the addresses of URL and an electronic mail can easily be taken into a personal computer. SOLUTION: The addresses of URL printed on the space of a magazine and a newspaper and of the electronic mail can be inputted to an information processor such as the personal computer only by tracing them by an address reader disposed on the lower face of a mouse.
