PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branching unit where its transformer is prevented from being magnetized. SOLUTION: A noise current is supplied to ground via a 1st primary winding P1 to a 2nd resistor R2 to a 2nd primary winding P2. Since the noise current is attenuated by the 2nd resistor R2, the magnetic field produced by the noise current is reduced to prevent cores C1 and C2 from being magnetized.
