PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for accessing a center from all over America using one telephone number in which information service charge can be included in the charge for a telephone call, as required, using a chargeable call telephone number rather than a free charge telephone number, and different information can be provided to each region or each user by acquiring the telephone number of a user by caller telephone number informing service. SOLUTION: A kind of free charge telephone number usable all over America is stored in an electric communication terminal which is connected with a center upon installation using the free charge telephone number. The center acquires telephone number of the electric communication terminal, edits telephone number of the center based on that telephone number and down loads or manually inputs it to the electric communication terminal.
